Akoya Hospitality was established in 2016 as an independent third-party asset management firm. We represent owners of luxury and ultra-luxury hospitality assets, and only owners.
Hotel operators answer to their brands. Brokers answer to the transaction. Akoya Hospitality answers to the owner. As a third-party asset manager with no operating affiliations, our advice carries no agenda other than the performance of the asset.
Our work concentrates on iconic luxury and ultra-luxury hospitality assets, the affiliated residential properties attached to them, and the membership clubs that increasingly sit alongside both.
The practice spans the Americas and Europe, and it is intentionally small. Each mandate is led at the senior level, because assets of this calibre do not tolerate delegation.
Owner-aligned is the first word on our letterhead because it is the test every recommendation has to pass. If a course of action serves the operator, the brand, or the market narrative but not the asset, it does not leave our desk.
